Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Examopotamia ("we") for your use of ACPpotamia, an API gateway that checks and forwards calls from your software to AI model providers. By creating an account or sending a call, you accept them. If you accept for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

ACPpotamia forwards calls to the model provider you choose, enforces the limits you set (budgets, rate limits, loop stop, kill switch) and records an audit log. You need your own account with each model provider; your use of their models is governed by their terms and billed by them, not by us.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.
• Tell us at once at acp@examopotamia.com if you think a key or your account has been misused. Revoke exposed keys in the console.
• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use ACPpotamia to break the law or a model provider's policies; to send malware, spam or content that exploits children; to attack, probe or overload the service or anyone else; to get around limits or plan restrictions; or to resell the service without a written agreement with us. We may suspend access that puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.

4. Limits are safeguards, not guarantees

Budgets and token limits are enforced on estimates made before each call and replaced with the provider's reported usage afterwards. Spend can therefore go slightly over a limit for calls already running when it is reached. Costs shown are calculated from list prices and may differ from your provider's invoice, which is the authoritative record. If a team uses fail-open mode, calls may be forwarded unchecked during an outage. Keep your own limits with your model providers as a second line of defence.

5. Your data

You own the content you send through ACPpotamia. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you: forwarding calls, enforcing limits and keeping the audit records described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models and do not sell it. Provider API keys you send are passed through and never stored.

6. Plans and fees

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are charged in advance at the prices shown on our website when you pay:

• PayPal (USD): a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in the console or in PayPal.
• Wayl (IQD): a one-time payment for 1 or 12 months, which does not renew. Pay again before the period ends to keep the plan.

When a paid period ends without a new payment, the team keeps its plan for 3 more days, then moves to the Free plan. Your data and keys are kept; the Free limits apply. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we failed to provide the service. Prices exclude taxes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ACPpotamia available and fast, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. We may change or improve features; if we remove something material you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. After closure we delete your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Model outputs come from third-party providers and we are not responsible for them.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you are on the Free plan). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the console at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
